These terms
By using Who Was you accept these terms. The app is provided by Ali Göktuğ Başaran, Antalya, Turkey ("we"). If the terms change, we show the new version in the app and ask you to accept it again.
Who can use it
Who Was is for people 18 and over only. Your date of birth must be true. One account is for one person.
What Who Was does
It records where your phone was during the day. Each moment opens an hour later and shows who was near you then. If two people say "I saw you" to each other, a chat opens. No one is ever shown a live location or an exact distance. We do not promise a match or a meeting.
Not allowed
Following someone, or trying to find them or work out where they live; harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content or nudity; using someone else's photos; using fake locations, scripts or automated tools; advertising and fraud. We close accounts that do this and report them to the authorities where needed.
Reports and moderation
You can report or block a person or a message in the app. We review reports within 24 hours. A copy of ended chats is kept for 90 days so reports can be reviewed.
Premium
Premium is a monthly subscription. Payment is taken through your App Store or Google Play account, and it renews every month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancellation and refunds follow the store's rules, in your store settings.
Your content
Your photos and what you write are yours. We use them only to run the app (to show, store and deliver them).
Responsibility
Meeting someone is your decision; meet in a busy place the first time. We provide the app as it is and do not guarantee it will always work. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for harm users cause each other.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Profile > Delete my account and data. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu koşullar
Who Was'ı kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulamayı Ali Göktuğ Başaran, Antalya, Türkiye ("biz") sunar. Koşullar değişirse yeni sürümü uygulamada gösterir, yeniden onayını isteriz.
Kimler kullanabilir
Who Was yalnızca 18 yaş ve üstü içindir. Doğum tarihini doğru yazmalısın. Bir hesabı yalnızca bir kişi kullanır.
Who Was ne yapar
Telefonun gün içinde nerelerde olduğunu kaydeder. Her an bir saat sonra açılır ve o an yakınında olan kişileri gösterir. İki kişi birbirine "Seni gördüm" derse sohbet açılır. Kimseye canlı konum ya da tam mesafe gösterilmez. Bir eşleşme ya da tanışma sözü vermiyoruz.
Yasak olanlar
Birini takip etmek, bulmaya ya da nerede yaşadığını çıkarmaya çalışmak; taciz, tehdit, nefret söylemi, cinsel içerik ya da çıplaklık; başkasının fotoğrafını kullanmak; sahte konum, betik ya da otomatik araçlarla uygulamayı kullanmak; reklam ve dolandırıcılık. Bunları yapan hesapları kapatırız; gerektiğinde yetkililere bildiririz.
Şikâyet ve moderasyon
Bir kişiyi ya da mesajı uygulamadan şikâyet edebilir, engelleyebilirsin. Şikâyetleri en geç 24 saat içinde inceleriz. Biten sohbetlerin bir kopyası, şikâyetleri inceleyebilmek için 90 gün saklanır.
Premium
Premium aylık bir aboneliktir. Ödeme App Store ya da Google Play hesabından alınır ve dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse her ay yenilenir. İptal ve iade, mağazanın kurallarına göre mağaza ayarlarından yapılır.
İçeriğin
Fotoğrafların ve yazdıkların sana aittir. Bunları yalnızca uygulamayı çalıştırmak için (göstermek, saklamak, iletmek) kullanırız.
Sorumluluk
Tanıştığın kişilerle buluşmak senin kararındır; ilk buluşmayı kalabalık bir yerde yap. Uygulamayı olduğu gibi sunarız; kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, kullanıcıların birbirine verdiği zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
Hesabın sona ermesi
Hesabını istediğin an Profil > Hesabımı ve verilerimi sil ile silebilirsin. Bu koşullara uymayan hesapları kapatabiliriz.
Hukuk ve iletişim
